Floriana has more than 13 years of experience advising and representing Romanian and international businesses. Her work spans corporate and commercial matters, employment law and complex disputes, with significant experience in transport, real estate and regulated projects. A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013, she holds a PhD in Employment Law.
Monica has over 18 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Her practice includes insolvency and restructuring, enforcement, consumer protection, property and administrative disputes. She has represented banks, developers and businesses in complex proceedings. Her training includes European business law studies at Paris XII and an international traineeship with the Paris Bar.
